Meet our Guidance Counselors

Caitlin Hall
Guidance Counselor

My name is Caitlin Hall and this is my first year at OKES! I am beyond excited to work along side this wonderful team of leaders, teachers, and parents as we work to provide the best services for our students. A bit about me: I am originally from Kentucky but have been residing in England for the last two years with my military (Air Force) husband. I received my Masters in School Counseling through Morehead State University in 2015, allowing me to begin my counseling career with a small non-profit agency in the mountains of Kentucky. In my free time you will find me cheering on my Cats (Go Big Blue!), traveling the globe with my husband, or snuggling with my Goldendoodle, Ash!  I am excited to “dig our heels” in to your community and make it our home!

Ashley Reynolds
Guidance Counselor
My name is Ashley Reynolds, and I am so excited to be servicing the parents and students of Old Kings Elementary.  Before becoming a counselor, I began my career in Flagler County Schools at Indian Trails Middle School, earning the title of "Teacher of the Year" for the 2017-2018 school year! During that same year, I completed my Masters in School Counseling at the University of North Florida, which has led me to join the OKES team! In my personal time, I love spending time on the beach with my two dog children, Maui and Dozer, cheering for the Jacksonville Jaguars, and adventures with my family. If I could remind my students anything, it would be "If you have a choice between being right and being kind, choose kind!" - Wonder
Paige Taelman
School Psychologist
It has been my pleasure to be an Old Kings Owl since 2015. Prior to that, I worked as a school psychologist in Chicago and Tampa. I am a University of Florida grad, happily married to another Gator, and am a mother of two. As a school psychologist, I'm passionate about improving school climate and removing learning barriers for all students. At OKES, I support emotional-behavioral and academic prevention/intervention efforts. I also conduct psychoeducational screenings and evaluations to inform student service needs.
