PALM COAST, Fla. — September 25, 2026 — The 3rd Annual Flagler Schools College and Career Fair, presented by the Flagler County Education Foundation drew a record-breaking crowd of over 800 students, job seekers, and families, marking a major milestone for local workforce development and educational outreach. The turnout highlights a surging interest among area youth in exploring higher education, technical trades, and immediate employment options.

The event offered attendees direct access to college admissions advisors, trade unions, regional employers, and military representatives. Beyond career exploration, participants received hands-on guidance on financial aid, resume building, and skills training programs designed to prepare them for post-secondary success.

"An event of this scale does not happen without a strong community foundation," said Maryiotti Johnson, Assistant Director of Finance & Operations at FCEF. "Bringing together more than 800 students under one roof requires real collaboration. Thanks to the generosity of our community partners and local businesses, we were able to provide a high-impact, zero-cost event that directly connects our youth with life-changing opportunities."
